Profile: Grown on the hills of our estate established in 1835 in the heart of Rougemont, our vines have been carefully chosen to complement the natural characteristics of the local terroir.
Tasting notes: Crafted from a blend of Sainte-Croix and Frontenac Gris, from select vineyards, our Versant Rosé presents aromas of red berries with floral notes. It is fresh and fruity on the palate with a touch of spice.
Food pairings: Enjoy with seafood, red meat fish (salmon, trout), pork skewer, or simply as an aperitif.
