Canadian wine delivered right to your door!
Handpicked from our Queenston Road Vineyard on October 28nd, 2011, the grapes were left to cold soak for 2 days after crushing. Small-batch fermentation took place in one tonne bins and tanks. Malolactic fermentation took place in barrel and the wine was left to age for 20 months. A careful barrel selection resulted in 8 barrels for the final blend: 4 French, 3 American, 1 Hungarian, 63% new oak.
