Glitteringly pale lotus in colour. A subtle aromatic finesse unfolds with a citrus core of lime/lemon pith, pear and white floral blossom. A backbone of steely Prince Edward County minerality highlighted by flavours of recurring citrus zest and crunchy green apple. Ideal as aperitif.
