A gush of refreshing acidity on the heels of recurring lychee highlight the textured finish. Talk about perfume, flavour, detail and poise. Tasting Notes

This was a featured wine in June's Wine Club package, 2018.


Geographical Indication:  Prince Edward County, ON

Vineyard:  Various Niagara vineyards, ON

Cases Produced: 2,450


Appearance:  Bright. Clear. Straw coloured core, lighter rim.

Nose:  Medium aromatic intensity. Sheep’s wool, beeswax, melon, green apple, almonds.

Palate:  Medium body, medium acid.  Honeydew melon, green apple, honey, and spice.

Quality:  Very good quality.  A light mouthfeel with a depth of flavour on the palate.  Off dry, but well balanced with acid, leaving you with a hint of sweetness at the end.

Food Pairing:  Seafood, fish and chips, Santa Fe chicken salad, Cajun-style shrimp, fig & goat’s cheese pizza, Massaman curry, and Indian cuisine.
