Marechal Foch

This deep red grape from our old vines carries a rich flavor to a ripe black cherry. The aromas of cranberries and blackberries are mixed with hints of fennel and sage are very noticeable on the nose. It carries a fair amount of body on the palate with great flavors of cherries and red berries. This wine was fermented in stainless steel. Drink this wine just as it is, or even chilled.

Food pairing: Grilled sausages with some braised red cabbage.
