This Pinot Gris comes from vines planted near Vaseuax Lake. It’s exhibits delightful aromas of dried apricot and peaches while delivering ripe floral flavors and crisp acidity.
It pairs very well with seafood and light pasta dishes.

Appearance: Bright, clear. Light gold core, paler rim.
Nose: Medium- aromatic intensity. Honeycomb, wax, Bartlett pear, sweet hay, hazelnuts. Some perfumed floral notes.
Palate: Medium acid, medium body. Crisp entry. Pear, peach crisp, stone/pit fruit jam.
Quality: Good quality. Medium length finish. This wine would do well to be cellared for 1-3 years.
Food Pairing: Waldorft or Niçoise salad, grilled white fish dishes like Branzino or Barramundi (sea bass), seared scallops, mussels in white wine sauce, pasta dishes with pesto and pine nuts.
