From a single vineyard in Oliver the 2018 Merlot is a delicate perfumed wine offering dried cherry and cedar on the nose, with soft, juicy tannins. Aged for 12 months in French and Hungarian oak, this is ready to be enjoyed with a meaty pasta dish or summer grilled burger.
