Description
The grapes were hand picked on 26.11.2015 at 35.5 brix overnight at -9C. All grapes are estate grown using sustainable viticulture and integrated practices for vineyard management. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tank for 36 days.This is Icewine of Merlot with typical strawberry flavours and natural sweetnes of 180 g/l. 2015 Winter was mild and helped us to produce delicate but flavorfull icewine true to the vintage.
