55% Pinot Gris | 30% Muscat | 15% Riesling
This is a brand new white wine project for us and we are excited to have it on our shelves. Created from a blend of Muscats, Riesling and Pinot Gris, this slightly off-dry is truly a sum of its parts. The Muscats bring huge aromatics of orange blossoms, the Riesling brings in citrus and bright acidity, while the addition of Pinot Gris adds weight in the palate and rounds out the wine. This is very versatile and pairs well with sunshine but it also has enough guts to pair with salty foods and spicy asian dishes.

Appearance: Very pale straw colour.
Nose: Spicy, aromatic nose of orange blossom with a note of wet stones.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, kiwi and apple flavours.
Quality: Very Good+. 89 points. A well-balanced wine drinking beautifully now.
Food Pairing: Mediterranean baked cod, strawberry and avocado salad with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing, pork spring rolls with a spicy plum dipping sauce, papaya salad with spiced peanuts, and oven roasted chicken with honey mustard sauce.
