Taste: This Chardonnay is made in a restrained, old world style. Aromas of lemon, hazelnut and distinct minerality fill the glass. The palate shows lively citrus flavoured acidity along with notes of honey, roasted nuts, yellow apple and mineral tones.
Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with rich soft cheeses, cream based sauces, white meats and all kinds of shellfish.

Quality: Very good quality. Medium length finish. Considerable oaking – while it is smooth and easy to drink, the wine would do well with 2-4 years of ageing.
