This wine has hints of peaches, with highlight rhythms of whipped cream. The high notes of apricot, have been smoothed by five months of French oak. The end result is a soft delicate wine that brushes with the bass of hazelnut, while tipping its hat to summer blossoms.

Appearance: Clear, bright. Light-golden core.
Nose: Medium aromatic intensity. Stone fruit, herbal tea, lemongrass, orange sherbet.
Palate: Medium acid, medium body. Apricot, candied orange, hint of tropical notes like guava and papaya.
Quality: Very Good. An elegant expression of Viognier. Drinking well now.
Food Pairing: Hard and soft cheeses, chicken satay, East Indian Korma curry, coconut-based dishes, root vegetables with buttery saffron rice, and Lobster Thermidor.
