The newest addition to the Bella Terra family, our 2019 Wild Ferment Riesling is a fresh take on an old favourite. This dry Riesling is a beautiful expression of our terroir. The spontaneous (or wild) fermentation was induced by natural wild yeast from our Bella Terra Vineyards and brings out the many exciting layers in this ageable white.
Aromas of lime zest, beeswax, and green apple prepare you for the rich acidity and mineral notes of this Four Mile Creek Riesling. With notes of pineapple and jasmine lingering through its dry finish, this wine is complex yet approachable.
Pair this wine with crab legs and garlic butter and you've got a winning combination!

Nose: Minerally, pink grapefruit bouquet with a light floral top note.
Palate: Light- to medium-bodied, crisply dry, lime and grapefruit flavours with a zesty, fresh finish and great length.
Quality: Outstanding. 90 points. Drink now or hold 1 – 2 years.
Food Pairing: Prawn and ginger soba noodle salad, black bean and mushroom enchilada casserole, golden beet carpaccio with parmesan, maple glazed salmon with sliced grapefruit, and chicken breast with beurre blanc sauce.
