This wine is made from a couple different small batches of grapes bought from our growers. It represents special pockets within their vineyards. We make this one in a dryer style to highlight their hard work in the vineyard.
Tasting Note: Our 2018 version of this wine has a perky nose. It jumps out of the glass with aromas of juicy peach, zingy lime and floral tangerine. In the mouth it shows just a touch of sweetness. It is still quite focused and on the dryer side of Rieslings. It finishes with a very fruity after taste.
Food Pairing: This wine would make a great match for something rich like baked brie with an apple compote or sauce on top. It would also work with something spicy like a curried chickpea with some green chili.
