Our Non Vintage Brut is a traditional method sparkling wine is made up of Chardonnay (49%) and Pinot Noir (51%). All sourced from the Okanagan Valley. Aged on lees for 1.5 years before disgorging.

It is showing aromas of citrus, and apples; it has a creamy texture and a lingering nutty finish.

Limited production of 100 cases.

Geographical Indication: BC VQA Okanagan Valley
Varietals: Pinot Noir (51%) and Chardonnay (49%)
Vineyard: Various Okanagan Valley vineyards

Appearance: Light straw in colour.
Nose: Leesy, apple bouquet with a note of white blossoms.
Palate: Medium-bodied, crisply dry with lemon and green apple flavours. Finishes on a note of green nuts - easy drinking.
Quality: Outstanding. 90 points. Drink now or hold five years for a more mature (gout anglaise) flavour profile. An excellent first sparkling wine from Red Rooster.


Food Pairing: Linguini with clams and scallops, strawberry soufflé with freshly sliced strawberries, salmon with sage butter sauce, kale and persimmon salad with pecan vinaigrette, and beer-battered cod sandwich with garlic aioli.
