Description

This Queen hen really knows how to stand out in the flock with gorgeous aromas of spiced pear, orange, floral and peach. Our Gewurztraminer Reserve was whole cluster pressed to extract clean, pure aromas and flavours, and cool fermented in stainless steel.

Lovely wine for afternoon sipping or serve with spice-rubbed pork tenderloin and roasted baby carrots; clove-studded baked ham with spiced applesauce; caramelized onion and Gruyere tarts; Asian bean and vegetable salad; a cheese board with Bergeron "Le Coureur des bois" (Gouda with cumin seeds) from Quebec and Munster, both with water crackers.
