This Rooster is going to ruffle a few feathers. Sourced from three vineyard sites in the Okanagan Valley called Desert Wolf Vineyard, Fools Gold Vineyard and Osprey Ridge Vineyard. The Viognier grapes were gently pressed to extract pure clean aromas and flavours and fermented in stainless steel. Limited production of 215 cases.
Serve lightly chilled at 12 to 14°C with pan-fried scallops; baked tilapia; Dungeness crab; lightly spiced pork tenderloin; crown roast of pork; poached salmon; roast chicken; turkey breast with garlic aioli on crusty rolls; mild curry dishes. The perfect sipping wine for casual conversation.

Appearance: Bright, pale straw colour.
Nose: Minerally, white peach and lemon zest nose.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, round on the palate with peach and lemon flavours augmented by a floral note. Beautifully balanced and lingering. Delicious.
Quality: Outstanding. Drink now through 2020.
Food Pairing: Spicy fish cakes, seafood paella, Tuscan bean soup, eggplant curry, halibut with creamy dill sauce, potato leek soup.
