Clear and bright with an aroma of white peach, pink grapefruit, gooseberry, and lemon balm. This Sauvignon Blanc has a light to medium-body, and a smooth yet refreshing mouthfeel. Green apple and citrus notes excite the palate, then as the wine warms, look for notes of juicy peach to develop. Refreshing pink grapefruit, gooseberry, white currant, and lemon scented herbs linger on the finish. Enjoy while young and fresh.

ABOUT THE WINE
The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested from two unique vineyard sites at different times within the Oliver Region of the southwestern Okanagan Valley. The vineyards throughout this region consist of glaciofluvial rock which add minerality and complexity to the finished wines. The grapes were gently pressed, cool fermented (a small portion of the section batch of grapes were fermented on skins with natural yeast, increasing weight and complexity) and aged in stainless steel dimple plate tanks. Limited production of 1100 cases.
