The JCR Pinot Noir represents a selection of our top barrels from the 2011 vintage. Approximately 60% of this bottling was fermented using indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in French oak for 14 months. The resulting wine offers an extra measure of complexity and depth.
Layers of red fruit and velvet floral undertone on the nose, this medium bodied wine shows cranberry, cherry, raspberry flavours on the palate along with dry herbs, light vanilla and exceptional silky tannins, long lingering finish.

Pairs perfectly with game dishes; or try this wine with bacon stuffed mushrooms, or roasted duck with cranberry sauce. Great wine with any tomato based pizza or pasta, and a must-have wine for summer BBQs.
