Winemaker’s Notes: A blend of Syrah clones #7, #99 and #100 grown by Ron and Bob Firman at Spadefoot Toad Vineyard in Oliver, BC. Aged in mostly neutral oak barriques for 36 months to allow this deeply complex, structured wine to begin to mellow and harmonize. Further cellaring and decanting recommended. Unfined and unfiltered.
