Blackberry, raspberry, black cherry, white pepper, and well integrated oak. It is medium bodied, has a bright acidity, firm but round tannins, and longer finish.
An age-worthy blend of Syrah clones #7, #99 & #100 grown at Ron Firman’s certified organic Spadefoot Toad Vineyard in Oliver, BC. Aged 35 months in mostly neutral oak barriques.
Unfined and unfiltered, this natural wine may drop sediment or wine crystals. Decanting recommended.
