Winemaker's Comments: Our bottle-fermented sparkling cider was aged on lees and remains un-filtered and unpasteurized, resulting in a complex and intriguing cider. An intensely aromatic Cider with notes of ripe Royal Gala apples and apple sauce with hints of pie crust. Light to medium bodied, the palate is ripe with fresh apple flavours.
