The grapes for our BC VQA Pinot Noir were hand selected from the Thacker Drive Vineyard in West Kelowna in the Okanagan valley. The grapes were fermented in open stainless steel tank to round up the wine and maintain the purity of the Pinot Noir taste. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 10 months.
An uplifting food friendly wine, with notes of black cherry, vanilla and blueberry.
