BLEND: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Sangiovese
The grapes for this wine were hand selected from Red Willow Vineyard in the Columbia Valley. One of the oldest vineyards in the Columbia Valley the vines on this site exist in perfect harmony with the land that nourishes them. Producing a harmonies and complex wine. A tiny amount of Sangiovese grapes contributes a flash of bright acidity to the wine.

Appearance: Deep ruby-purple in colour.
Nose: Cedary, toasty, mulberry nose with oak spice.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied, dry, creamy, vanilla and blackberry flavours. Firmly structured with ripe tannins.
Quality: Very Good+. 88 – 89 points. Hold 1 - 2 years to let the oak meld with the fruit.
Food Pairing: Brisket fried rice, braised red cabbage with apple, wagyu beef sliders with Havarti and bacon, barbecued turkey meatballs, and bean and sweet potato chili.
