The grapes for this wine were hand selected from individual blocks in our Oliver vineyards in the Okanagan valley. The grapes were pressed whole cluster then fermented in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels. The wine was aged in barrels and stainless steel tanks for 9 months to gain complexity and safeguard the fruit flavours and fresh notes in the wine.
Tasting Note: A refreshing wine, with notes of lime, kiwi and melon, with a pleasant sweet finish.
Recommended drinking: 2020–2024
