Opaque dark purplish red hue. Nose is rich with chocolate covered cherries, blueberries, leather and vanilla bean. Palate is dense with lots of fresh fruit, sweet oak that builds up the tannins and gives the wine great texture. Smooth and powerful.

Appearance: Dense purple-ruby in colour.
Nose: Cedary, spicy, black fruits on the nose with a floral flourish.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, richly extracted plum and cherry flavours with well-integrated oak, ripe tannins and balancing acidity.
Quality: Outstanding quality. 91 points. Quite forward. Drinking well now but can hold 3 - 4 years.
