“Pale lemon green. The nose reveals a bouquet of pears, sweet lemons, and note of ripe stone fruit. On the palate, exotic lime peel is animated by lively acidity and elegant minerality, emanating a bright and harmonious mouthfeel.” - Head Winemaker, Daniel Cosman

Our Pinot Gris consistently expresses the most celebrated elements of Vancouver Island viticulture — a dry classic white with tropical aromatics, crisp acidity, and fresh minerality – capturing what makes Vancouver Island’s terroir so unique. It’s a true reflection of place, and a complement to our signature red wine, Symphony.

This vintage is handcrafted from 100% Island grown Pinot Gris grapes. Serve chilled; enjoy on its own or as the perfect match for west coast seafood such as Fanny Bay oysters, Manila clams, Dungeness crab and Coho salmon.

“Super cool lean style with intense citrus, pear and nettle notes. The attack is similar with fresh if tart fruit and almonds pushing through the underbelly calling for food. Like last year it is a shade extreme but we will take that over sweet. Try this with a creamy pasta dish."

- Anthony Gismondi
