2022 Niagara Peninsula 750 mL, 12.5% ALC/VOL

Chardonnay

100% tank fermented with select yeast. 100% malolactic fermentation. 6 months lees contact with regular stirring. A lovely round unoaked Chardonnay that pairs great with food or is a lovely sipper on its' own.

This light, crisp Chardonnay is packed with mouth-watering notes of golden apple, pear and peach. A long, sustained finish with well balanced acidity. Lillias is the perfect patio sipper.

Food Pairings: Mild cheeses such as goat or creamy brie, oysters, white fish
