Kacaba Vineyards
Established in 1997 by Michael Kacaba, this family-owned winery is celebrated for its premium, small-batch wines that offer vibrant colour, rich aromas, and opulent textures. Kacaba Vineyards is particularly well-known for their award-winning syrah. As one of the first wineries in Ontario to plant the syrah grape, Kacaba has championed the varietal over the decades, showcasing their unique terroir in the Niagara Escarpment. Using a winemaking philosophy of minimal intervention, small-batch fermentation, and use of a combination of stainless steel and oak barrels, Kacaba crafts wines that are rich, complex, and memorable.

2023 Reserve Riesling
This beautifully-crafted riesling offers vibrant grapefruit and lime flavours, and a long, fresh finish. Rated 90 points by Tony Aspler, this white wine will pair well with pulled pork Carnitas over tortillas or prawns in a creamy coconut curry.
2023 Irresistible Sparkling Rosé
This bright, pale salmon-coloured sparkling rosé offers luscious aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry followed by notes of red berry fruit and watermelon on the palate. Its great balance and structure makes it a delightful pairing with everything from sushi and caviar to fried catfish sandwiches and pork bites.
2021 Terraced Vineyard Syrah
A signature Kacaba wine, this opulent syrah has a cedary, mulberry nose with oak spice. On the palate, it's medium- to full-bodied with well-integrated oak and savoury blackberry and black pepper flavours. Winning silver at the 2024 All Canadian Wine Championships, enjoy this red wine with filet mignon with peppercorn sauce or miso mushroom chow mein.
This bold blend of cabernet franc and syrah features an intense bouquet of violet, cassis, dark chocolate, and a hint of menthol. Elegant notes of chocolate-covered cherry, blackcurrant, baking spice, and black pepper emerge on the palate. Offering excellent structure with ripe tannins, try this gem with roasted red pepper soup or grilled skirt steak with gorgonzola sauce.
