2022 Barrel Select Sauvignon Blanc
This sauvignon blanc features a grassy, gooseberry nose with a hint of minerality leading into green plum and peach flavours. Nicely balanced with a long, refreshing finish with a touch of bitterness. Try this white with roasted fennel with parmesan cheese or seared scallops with pea purée.
This sumptuous white, rated 90 points by Tony Aspler, was fermented in French oak and aged on its lees for six months. It offers a floral and stone fruit bouquet with alluring notes of nectarine, grapefruit, and lemon on the palate. Pair it with butternut squash ravioli or apricot-glazed pork tenderloin.
Rated 92 points by Tony Aspler, this vivacious pinot noir offers lovely raspberry and tea leaf aromas with hints of oak spice. Aged for 20 months in French oak, this red is beautifully balanced with ripe tannins and flavours of black cherry, pomegranate, and a green vegetal note. Enjoy this gem with gorgonzola chicken with sage or lobster thermidor.
This rich syrah reveals complex notes of blackberry, cassis, and black tea on the nose and palate. Rated 91 points, it was aged in a combination of French and American oak for 18 months, resulting in a well-structured and integrated wine. A wonderful pairing with smoked seitan steaks or lentil stew with coconut and madras curry.
