Reserve Riesling, 2023
The 2023 Reserve Riesling from Kacaba Vineyards is a medium-bodied, dry wine with vibrant grapefruit and lime flavors, and a long, fresh finish. It has received outstanding quality ratings of 90 points and can be enjoyed now or aged for five years or more. This wine pairs beautifully with Bahn Mi Vietnamese sandwiches and prawns in a creamy coconut curry.
Irresistible Sparkling Rosé, 2023
This bright, pale salmon-colored sparkling rosé offers luscious aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, followed by a palate of red berry fruit and watermelon. Its balanced structure makes it a delightful pairing for everything from sushi and caviar to fried catfish sandwiches and pork bites.
Terraced Vineyard Syrah, 2021
This bright ruby-colored wine offers a cedary, mulberry nose with oak spice and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, it's medium- to full-bodied and dry, showcasing prominent blackberry flavors and well-integrated oak. A 2024 All Canadian Wine Championships Silver Medal winner (91 points), it pairs perfectly with anything from roasted chicken and chili to barbecued ribs and filet mignon.

This semi-opaque, dark ruby red wine boasts an intense bouquet of violet, cassis, dark chocolate, and menthol. On the palate, it's medium-bodied with medium acid and tannin, offering elegant flavors of chocolate-covered cherry, blackcurrant, baking spice, and black pepper.
