2015 Pinot Gris ($18)

Most of the fruit on this fresh-as-a-daisy Pinot Gris comes from Perseus’s home vineyard on the Naramata Bench. Pinot Gris seems to like the soils in that neck of the woods — the resulting wine brings ripe stone fruit and tropical notes on the light-plus bodied palate, with underlying citrus and floral notes.

2015 Pinot Noir Rosé ($18)

This delicate, dry pink wine is sourced from a single vineyard in West Kelowna, and is made from fruit grown on old vines. It’s light-bodied and crisp, delivering fresh red berry notes — think strawberry and cranberry here — as well as hints of spice and some modest acidity that bring complexity. A perfect patio wine.

2013 Select Lots Cabernet Franc ($30)

The fruit for this powerful Cabernet Franc is sourced from a single vineyard in the Golden Mile Bench, the Okanagan Valley’s newest sub-appellation. The warm 2013 vintage resulted in beautifully ripe fruit throughout the valley, but worked a particular magic with Cabernet Franc. The deep dark berry notes here work in harmony with modest leafy and spice notes, the latter courtesy of some time in barrels. This can be drunk now or put away for a few years.
