Orders are shipped directly from the wineries, and they will provide tracking information to the email you used to make the purchase. If you do not receive a tracking number within two business days, please contact the producer directly.
What is the refund policy?
Since wines are shipped directly from the producers, My Wine Canada does not handle packing or shipping. If you receive a broken or faulty bottle, contact the producer immediately and follow their return policy. You may be required to keep the bottle (recorked and at least 3/4 full) for examination by the producer.
