Shipping Carriers

Currently, MWC’s participating producers work with Canada Post and FedEx. However, producers may choose to ship by alternate carriers at their discretion (ie. Loomis, ATS Healthcare, GLS, etc.). All shipments are within Canada.

Updated Delivery Notice: All orders are shipped directly to you from each participating producer by their preferred carrier. Many of our BC winery partners use a courier to ship to you and will require a signature on delivery. In cases where Canada Post is the preferred carrier, please note that Canada Post has resumed standard delivery procedures and a signature will be captured at the door. The following is a list of producers offering alternative shipping options. For special requests, please leave a note for the producer in the "Special Instructions" box during Step 2 (Review & Payment) of check out.

13th Street Winery:  Canada Post is the default carrier. Courier shipments are available for Ontario orders. Courier shipment can be requested in the "Special Instructions" box during Step 2 (Review & Payment) of check out.
50th Parallel Estate:  ATS Healthcare is the default carrier (they are a courier that delivers to your door).
Bench 1775 Winery:  ATS Healthcare is the default carrier (they are a courier that delivers to your door).
Clos du Soleil:  ATS Healthcare is the default carrier (they are a courier that delivers to your door).
Cooper's Hawk Vineyards:  Canada Post is the default carrier. Courier shipment can be requested in the "Special Instructions" box during Step 2 (Review & Payment) of check out.
Creekside Estate Winery:  Canada Post is the default carrier. Courier shipment can be requested in the "Special Instructions" box during Step 2 (Review & Payment) of check out.
GreenLane Estate Winery:  Canada Post is the default carrier. Courier shipment can be requested in the "Special Instructions" box during Step 2 (Review & Payment) of check out.
Lacey Estates Winery:  Canada Post is the default carrier. All Ontario orders are shipped with courier.
Lakeview Wine Co:  Canada Post is the default carrier. Courier shipment can be requested in the "Special Instructions" box during Step 2 (Review & Payment) of check out.
Marynissen Estates Winery:  Orders to ON and QC are shipped by courier. Any orders outside ON or QC, or to rural and remote areas will be shipped with Canada Post.
Moon Curser Vineyards:  ATS Healthcare is the default carrier (they are a courier that delivers to your door). Canada Post is the default carrier for orders to rural locations.
Moraine Estate Winery:  Canada Post is the default carrier. Courier shipment can be requested in the "Special Instructions" box during Step 2 (Review & Payment) of check out.
Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery:  Canada Post is the default carrier. Courier shipment to your door is available for GTA & Niagara Region orders. Courier shipment can be requested in the "Special Instructions" box during Step 2 (Review & Payment) of check out.
Summerhill Pyramid Winery:  ATS is the default carrier. Canada Post shipment can be requested in the "Special Instructions" box during Step 2 (Review & Payment) of check out.
Tawse Winery:  Canada Post is the default carrier. Courier shipment for Ontario orders can be requested in the "Special Instructions" box during Step 2 (Review & Payment) of check out.
The Roost Wine Company:  Canada Post is the default carrier. Courier shipment can be requested in the "Special Instructions" box during Step 2 (Review & Payment) of check out.
Tinhorn Creek Vineyards:  ATS Healthcare (they are a courier that delivers to your door), Canada Post, and FedEx (they are a courier that delivers to your door) carriers are available. Delivery preference can be requested in the "Special Instructions" box during Step 2 (Review & Payment) of check out.
Trail Estate Winery:  Canada Post is the default carrier. Courier shipment for Ontario orders can be requested in the "Special Instructions" box during Step 2 (Review & Payment) of check out.
Upper Bench Winery:  ATS Healthcare is the default carrier (they are a courier that delivers to your door).

Delivery Costs

When you check out with your selected products, you are presented with the lowest priced option for delivery, however you can change the speed and cost options for your delivery during the Checkout process.

Tracking Orders

All orders are shipped to you directly from the respective producers, and they are responsible for providing you with tracking numbers. Most producers will contact you by phone or email with this information shortly after you place the order on MyWineCanada.com. If you have placed your order and not received a tracking number within 2 business days, please reach out to the respective producer to inquire about this.

Delivery Attempts

Different carriers implement different protocols if you are unavailable when they try to deliver your package.

Canada Post will normally leave a delivery notice with the time of attempted delivery and the address of a nearby postal depot where you can pick up your package.

FedEx will usually attempt to deliver your package twice. On the first attempt, they will leave a delivery notice stating the time of attempted delivery and the approximate time of their second attempt at delivery. On their second attempt, they will again leave a delivery notice stating the time of delivery along with the address of the carrier outlet where they will hold your package for pickup by you.

Please help to alleviate delivery issues by ensuring somebody will be home to receive the package or by having it delivered to your place of work. Business addresses are strongly recommended to avoid delivery issues.

Government Regulations

The legal drinking age varies in the provinces and territories of Canada. Across Canada, alcohol can only be delivered to an individual who is of the legal drinking age in the place that they are located and who is not intoxicated. In order to confirm this, the delivery agent may require that you present government-issued identification proving your identity and age.

Cancelling Orders

MWC’s participating producers process all orders made through our site. As such, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been confirmed by the underlying producer and entered the delivery process. If you need to cancel an UNconfirmed order, please contact us immediately to initiate this process. Please refer to our Terms of Use for additional information.

Product Returns

All product deliveries are shipped directly from the respective producer to the consumer’s provided address. My Wine Canada is not involved in the sale, packing, shipping, or delivery of any product. Upon delivery, if you wish to return any faulty product (broken bottles, corked product), it is incumbent upon you to immediately contact the producer that shipped the faulty product and adhere to their return policies. You may be required to retain the bottle of faulty product (recorked and at least 3/4 full) for examination by the producer. By using the MyWineCanada.com Website, you accept and acknowledge that you are subject to the return policies of each producer that you have ordered product from.
