Shipping

All products are sold and shipped direcly from each producer using Canada Post, FedEx, and other trusted carriers like Loomis, ATS Healthcare, and GLS.

Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout, and you'll receive tracking details from the producer once your order ships. If you're not home, the carrier may leave a notice for pickup at a nearby location. Since alcohol deliveries require ID for age verification, please have it ready when your order arrives.

Returns

Take our 2-minute quiz so we can learn your palate. Each month, our panel hand-picks a Canadian winery that matches your preferences and ships a curated selection of their wines to your door. A new winery every month. You can pause or cancel anytime from your account.

How is this different from other wine clubs?

Most wine clubs send everyone the same bottles from a warehouse. We don't. Every selection is personalized to your palate based on your quiz answers, and each month features a single small Canadian winery — so you actually get to know the place, the people, and their range. No AI picks. No random assortments.

When do you charge for my subscription?

We charge on the 1st of each month. Your first charge happens when you sign up, and every subsequent charge falls on the 1st — so your billing date is predictable and easy to plan around. You can update your payment method anytime from your account.

Who picks the wines?

A panel of real people, sommeliers and buyers who taste hundreds of Canadian wines each year. They match wines to your palate profile. No algorithm ever chooses what ends up in your box.

What's in each monthly delivery?

You'll receive a curated selection of 3 wines from one Canadian winery, The wine type (red, white, sparkling, etc.) depends on the plan you choose and your palate profile.

Can I choose the winery or the wines?

Part of the experience is the monthly discovery — being introduced to Canadian wineries you likely haven't tried before. That said, if a specific bottle doesn't suit your palate, tell us and we'll factor it into your next match.

What if I don't like a wine?

Let us know. We'll refine your palate profile so future selections land closer to your taste. Your feedback directly shapes what our panel picks for you next.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
