Tasting Notes: Deep ruby with a pleasant aroma of sweet tobacco and red plum. Smooth mouth-feel. Finish of dried herbs and notes of black pepper. All complimented by mouth-watering tannins and subtle acidity.
Winemaker's Notes: 100% barrel aged for 24 months in American and French oak. Cool climate Cabernet Franc with ,15% Merlot for a smooth complimentary finish. An elegant wine for special occasions or “treat yourself” nights at home. Pair with red meats, a tufted leather worn sofa and your best Churchill cigar.
