2016 UNBroken Press Syrah Reserve
A signature wine, this red provides a smokey, cedary, blackberry, and white pepper nose. This full-bodied syrah is savoury with a dark chocolate finish, earning an outstanding 91-point rating from wine expert, Tony Aspler. Excellent alongside Osso Bucco or marsala-braised duck legs.
2018 Iconoclast Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
Another flagship wine, this medium-bodied white blend gives off grassy, green apple, and citrus aromas with green plum and grapefruit on the palate. Rated a remarkable 90 points, enjoy it with pork satay with spicy soy dipping sauce or seared scallops with cauliflower purée.
A unique blend of six grapes — cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc, malbec, syrah, and petit verdot. Laura’s Red features aromas of black plum, blackcurrant, and vanilla. A medium-bodied red with plum, currant, and pepper spice flavours on the palate. Try it with Tuscan-style grilled tuna steaks or cream cheese-stuffed mushrooms.
2019 Under Current “Breakaway” Riesling
This standout white features honey and grapefruit notes across the nose and palate. Pairs beautifully with vegan mee siam vermicelli or Indian-style spiced prawns.
