Tasting Note:
Raspberry, citrus, and floral flavours and aromas are supported on a fresh and balanced palate with a clean mousse and a long finish.
Wine Maker’s Note:
A blend of property-grown Vidal and Marquette fermented separately under cool conditions using select yeast strains. A selection of these wines was then blended to yield a fresh, crisp base for secondary fermentation and carbonation via the Charmat process.
