Southbrook Vineyards
Southbrook Vineyards is a leader in biodynamic winemaking in Ontario and is Canada’s first certified biodynamic vineyard. Their long-term commitment to sustainability goes beyond the vineyard, extending to its eco-friendly facilities and production practices.
Owned by the Redelmeier family, Southbrook has a rich history of embracing organic farming practices and minimal intervention winemaking. Grapes are hand-harvested from meticulously managed vineyards and the use of indigenous yeasts and traditional techniques in the cellar preserve the purity and vibrancy of the fruit.
From their award-winning achievements to their trailblazing role in Ontario’s wine industry, Southbrook Vineyards continues to redefine what it means to create exceptional wines with a purpose. Guided by winemaker, Casey Hogan’s, expertise and passion, Southbrook consistently delivers wines that celebrate the union of land, innovation, and exceptional quality.
