Crafted from grapes grown on one of the best vineyard slopes in Oliver, BC, this dry Chardonnay showcases silky elegance with a note of tropical fruit. Gentle pressing and short aging in French oak allows the delicacy to shine. A hint of lemon and ripe apple with a buttery and creamy layered texture. Amazing pairing with creamy cheese, seafood and creamy pasta.
