Made from fruit sourced from our Mirror Lake vineyard. Formed from glacial melt, this kettle lake stays cool in the heat of our Oliver summers, with passing breezes causing evaporative cooling. Delicate flavours and aromas from ripe orchard fruits of apple and pear make this charming wine an easy-drinking patio sipper.

Appearance: Bright, clear. Pale straw hue.
Nose: A generous bouquet of white flowers, golden berry, honeydew melon, pear, nectarine, lime and lemon, and a touch of honey.
Palate: Medium acid, medium body. Notes of spiced pear, ripe peach, and melon.
Quality: 90 points – Wine Club Canada. Outstanding. Drink now and through 2024.

Food Pairing: Oven-baked salmon with picholine olive sauce, bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin, curry chicken skewers with lime, vegetarian pad Thai, and steamed Dungeness crab with drawn garlic butter.
