Our Estate vineyards are in the Niagara Peninsula appellation. Our rosé wine has aromas of rose petals. Flavours of vibrant cherry with a hint of cranberry round out this refreshingly dry sipper.
Winemaker's Notes
- Yields in the range of 4 tonnes per acre.
- Skin contact of 3 hours provides vibrant colour.
- Fermented at cold temperatures of 14-16°C in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit’s delicacy and freshness.
