Riesling
This is a beautiful balance in acidity that results in a mouth-watering experience. With a lower alcohol of 11 percent and lower level of sweetness then normal Rieslings it will pair up with food nicely. Completely fermented in stainless steel for up to 8 months, this wine shows off the terroir of our old vine estate. Aroma: Green apple, pineapple, pear and jasmine. Taste: Stone fruits, lemon and lime curd. Recommended dish: Crispy fried chicken and potato salad with red onions and fresh herbs.
