This 2019 Syrah has generous tannin structure and balanced acidity which makes this an evocative, and age-worthy wine.
Tasting Notes: It is a cool-climate, classic Syrah with notes and aromas of black pepper, lilac and wild berry enchantments. The generous tannin structure and balanced acidity make this an evocative, age worthy wine that can be equally enjoyable in its youth.
Food Pairing: Created to be paired with game meat, spaghetti Bolognese or hearty vegetable stews.
The 2017 vintage was a featured wine in November's Wine Club package, 2019.
