Appearance: Semi-opaque. Light garnet core.
Nose: Fragrant aromas of red cherry, raspberry, plum, savoury green herbs and hints of pepper spice.
Palate: Medium acid, medium+ tannin, medium body. Dry with cassis, plum, licorice, black tea, and baking spice notes. Well-balanced with firm tannins.
Quality: 91 points – Wine Club Canada. Outstanding.

Food Pairing: Pulled pork shepherd’s pie, chicken alfredo with grilled peaches, baby back ribs with tamarind glaze, spaghetti with pecorino and fresh tomatoes, and beef bourguignon.
