WINE NAME 2022 Balance Cabernet Rose Description/Winemakers Notes: Following a difficult winter, yields were lower in the 2022 vintage, however, the fruit we did get was of high quality and concentration. This rose was made in the saingee method, where red grape were crushed and fermentation was able to begin in tank before 24 hours in, the juice for this wine was syphoned off the main tank to only extract a touch of colour. Tasting Notes: Light salmon colour. Notes of strawberry and rhubarb on the nose, with a touch of smokiness. Fresh acidity and lovely strawberry peach flavours on the palate. Clean and dry finish leaves you wanting more.
