THE STORY
Made in Niagara and free-spirited to the bone. This single vineyard, single varietal was aged 40 months in all new American oak. Only 50 cases were made and it is the last of the 2018 reserve Cabernet Franc.

This wine showcases a perfect balance between fruit and tannin, with concentrated cherry flavors that go really well with pork, chicken, and other lighter meats.
