Deep red in colour. A fine expression of Cabernet Sauvignon with a dash of Petit Verdot presenting a distinct wild cherry bouquet. Impressive length and finish.
FOOD PAIRING
Juicy steaks grilled to perfection. Roast with a green pepercorn sauce. Garlic roasted cauliflower with toasted asiago breadcrumbs.
