• 2020 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon: Dense aromas of forest floor, black cherry, black raspberry, herbes de Provence and leather. The palate is linear and focused with bright red fruit, fine, tight tannins and a savoury, umami finish. Starting to drink well now but will continue to evolve over the next 5-7 years and will hold for a decade after that.
• 2022 Laura’s Red: Laura’s Red is a meticulous blend of red vinifera varieties to make a wine with strong structure and ageing potential but also with a core of good fruit and earlier drinkability. Just as every vintage is different, every vintage of Laura’s Red is a different blend to make the best wine possible.
• 2022 Iconoclast Syrah: was truly a memorable and magical vintage in Niagara. It produced wines with great intensity, concentration and ripeness while still keeping the acidity intact. This wine is beautiful now but will still reward you with some ageing in your cellar. Iconoclast bottlings represent some of our best Syrah, just a step below our Reserve level. Always incredible value.
• “The Trad” Traditional Method Sparkling: Tiny bubbles stream through the glass giving a persistent creamy mousse. The nose is complex and pretty with pears, apple, white flowers, brioche, lemon curd, and hazelnut. This continues on the palate with apple, pear, lightly toasted nuts, and meyer lemon. Great length and intensity with a round and focused finish. Dry and crisp with great overall balance.
• 2022 Undercurrent Wildling Chardonnay: Nicknamed the “Wildling” because of its expressive character and complexity that comes from fermentation in barrel with wild, ambient yeasts. A complex nose of apples, butter, lime zest, peach, distinct earthiness, almonds and vanilla. The palate is silky with apple butter, caramelized peaches, key limes, wild mushrooms, and baking spices
• Iconoclast Sauvignon Blanc Semillon: Aromas of grilled pineapple, peach and pink grapefruit with more savoury nuances of string beans, peas and lanolin. The palate is bright with honeydew melon, gooseberry, light spice and a bit of beeswax character. Rounded texture with great mouthfeel on the mid palate.
