From a selection of two vineyards in the South Okanagan, the 2020 Cabernet Franc spent 30 days macerating on its skins before undergoing malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank.
Vintage: 2022
Nose: black cherry, blackberry, plum and green pepper with secondary notes of clove, nutmeg, baking spices, pepper, tobacco leaf and coffee.
Palate: Palate maintains freshness and vibrancy with firm tannins that give the wine good posture and versatility at the dinner table.
Pairing Suggestions: Roast chicken, sausage, grilled lamb, hard cheese
