Description from the Producer

This long imagined wine was inspired by a legendary wine of mythical esteem called Chateau Cheval Blanc 1947. Both our Milestone and the Chateau Cheval Blanc were grown on complex alluvial soils in a long and hot season. Both contain a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The 1947 vintage was of renowned quality much like the 2015 vintage in the South Okanagan. Aged in premium French Oak for 24 months. Only 50 cases produced.
